A note on food products

Because our teas are crafted as fresh, consumable goods, we’re unable to accept returns once a package has been opened. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before ordering—we’re here to help you choose the teas that fit your taste and lifestyle.

Special cases

  • Items purchased during sales or with gift cards are not eligible for return.
